Ailsa Bar and Cocktail Lounge
The main hotel bar, centrally located just off the lobby, offers a full range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails in addition to indigenous gastropub fare that will tame the wildest of appetites. An extensive array of mini dishes, including fish and chips, game and seafood pies, and Ayrshire lamb burgers, are available and served individually or as part of combination platters. The centrepiece of the Ailsa Bar, though, is its stockpile of rare and exceptional whiskys from the surrounding region, served by staff eager to share their secrets.
